Nuansanet.id, Hizbut Tahrir (HT) is one of islamic group who have a concept of formalization of islamic law. HT argued that the unitary state of republic of Indonesia contradicted with the concept of Islam that must be unite the poeple in the world under the auspices of Islam. Cause of this concept HT also opposed the ideology of Indonesia namely Pancasila and the law of this country, that is UUD.
Not only finished in this reason, HT also argued that whoever that follow at that system and that ideology are be infidel and has closed from Islam. Even, thay must be fought, because they are same from Ahludzimmah who not obey with laws of Allah. And also they must pay the tax.
But, weather the reasons of HT is correct? the answer is no. The nation state of Indonesia is the concept of a constitution agreement from many poeple who has saized a Indonesia indepedence. It, if we read the Yudi Latif’s book namely “Wawasan Pancasila”, is same from tha concept of Madinah country whice is appreciate and respect of differentiate. It is not a concept that made carelesly, but by ijtihad between ulama and nationalist.
Wtih this concept, all poeple who lived in Indonesia must valued and respect one each others. It is one of implementation of the concept of Islam rahmatan il alamin, and not a concept of la’natan lil ‘lamin. As the same concept is Pancasila. This ideology is the agreement concept, and, the five of the ‘sila’, that are unity, humanity, deity, deliberation, dan justice, are line with values of Islam.
Apart from that, HT also rejected the concept of democray who has made as the law of the country. Even, HT’s argument said that whoever make a law of democray has fall away or murtad. HT also argued that democracy is just give brith corruption and sprinkle nepotism and just made a dilapidated country.
Once again, even thought, either Pancasila, NKRI or UUD, are relevant with the universal concept of Islam. There is not contradiction between the values of that atributes and the values of Islam. So, all of that sistym are not must be forbiden.
We can conlude this articel that, HT is one of islamic group who concervative, exclusive, and have a rigid thinking. Cause this thinking, the members of HT can injure the other poeple who have not a same concept with it. They also can combat all poeple who don’t believe and follow their concept and rhings of islamic law.
As the finishing, this article also have a conclution that HT is not a islamic group who have a islam rahmatan lil alamain concept, but, it is a group who will reduct the islamic doctrine as a la’natan lil alamin concept. []
